1. How do I place Orders?

At Present we are in the process of converting this into an ecommerce site. It will take some time to complete it. In the meantime, you can check our pages for the products and fill-out the Order Form in the Home Page. We will contact you no sooner we receive it.

2. How do you accept payments

Currently we accept Bank Transfer or Bank Deposits. Cash On Delivery is not available. However, you can pay by Cash when you Pick Up your order.

3. When are the orders delivered?

We currently do not offer Same Day Service. Some of the ingredients have to be prepared in advance. Items like blueberry, blackberry and raspberry are sometimes not available as they are imported, and often we have to notify the seller in advance to procure such items. Ingredients like strawberries arrive in the city twice a week. We need to notify the seller of the requirement 3 days ahead.

As such, taking all this into consideration, we need at least 3 days notice to procure and prepare the items. the bigger the order, the greater the time required.

Our usual mode of delivery is Pick Me Flash. In the event there is a shortage of riders, we enlist the assistance of taxis in our locality to do the delivery. A maximum of Rs. 1500.00 is charged for delivery depending on your location.

Currently we deliver ONLY within Colombo City.
